Membership Request Procedure
We are committed to upholding the highest standards of legal advice and client service. We only consider firms that fulfill our rigorous criteria to become members. Our methodical and analytical approach guarantees that members’ clients obtain prequalified legal support and outstanding service on every occasion.
Step 01
Complete your membership application form, include proof of your Bar membership and return it by ordinary letter, by e-mail, or by any other means of electronic communication.
Step 02
Your membership request will then be verified by the Board of Directors. Verification generally includes either an in-person or virtual meeting. The outcome of the verification will be presented to a General Assembly for decision as soon as practical, thereafter.
Step 03
The decision of the General Assembly is final and will be brought to the attention of the applicant in writing, either by ordinary letter, by e-mail, or by any other means of electronic communication.
Step 04
Once your membership is approved by the General Assembly, you start to benefit from our advantages: professional exchange of ideas, access national legal services of the highest international standard, acess international referrals, social interaction, access exclusive events and targeted training programs, reception of our newsletters and visibility in the members’ directory.
Step 05
As a member each year you will be invited to attend the Annual General Meeting held in various locations throughout the world. Furthermore, you will also be encouraged to join the Mid-term Meeting to benefit from new business opportunities and cross-border collaborations that assist professional progress, enhance international reputation and deepen personal and professional bonds.
Step 06
If your membership is not approved by the General Assembly, you may not reapply until one year has elapsed from the date of the decision of the General Assembly.
