With the recent merger of the law firms AGM Abogados and Ejarque Abogados, Guillermo Bayas Fernández, will not only hold the position as a Partner in the Litigation and Arbitration area at AGM but will also be part of the firm’s French Desk team.
Guillermo is a member of Barcelona and New York Bar associations. He has more than 15 years of experience and has focused his practice on civil and commercial litigation, arbitration and bankruptcy law. He graduated from Pompeu Fabra University in 2003 and he has a Master of Laws from NYU (New York University), a postgraduate degree in Civil Litigation from IDEC-UPF, a Postgraduate in International Relations from CIDOB and a Diploma in Arbitration from the Institute of Business.
The international aspect has always been present in the career of Guillermo, who is professor of International Litigation in the Master of Advocacy of the Pompeu Fabra University and member of the Executive Committee of AIJA (Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats). Now, with the new integration of the firms, he will be in charge of promoting the internationalization of AGM, being part of the French Desk and thus reinforcing our services for French companies that want to invest or do business in Spain, and also Spanish companies that want to invest in France.
AGM Abogados opened its offices in France in 2008 to offer its legal services from the national territory of Spain’s main economic partner and is the only Spanish law firm with integrated offices in both Spain and France. We have an international team, with knowledge of Spanish and French law and the ability to communicate with clients in their language.
