Lawyer Claudio Barbosa assumed the head position of the practice in Foreign Trade and Customs Law Area at Emerenciano, Baggio & Associados – Advogados.
With more than 20 years of experience in the area, Claudio has a Law degree by the University of São Francisco and a postgraduate degree in Business Law by Getulio Vargas Foundation. After working for different companies and agents of international trade, Claudio managed his own law firm for many years when decided to accept the invitation to join us to lead those practices.
With capabilities to assist clients in all aspects of the foreign trade and their relations with customs authorities and regulatory matters, Claudio is bringing his large experience to improve the variety of services available by our team.
