Formed by a multidisciplinary team, our Latin America Desk advises both individuals and Latin American companies who want to develop their business in Spain, as well, as Spanish companies with expansion plans in Latin America.
The Latin America Desk is led by Julio Menchaca Vite and Julio Rocafull Rodríguez, both members of AGM Abogados’ M&A team. Julio Menchaca, of Mexican origin, is a lawyer admitted to practice in Spain and Mexico, and is our Area Manager of M&A. In turn, Julio Rocafull is our Partner in the M&A and Business Law area. Both have extensive experience in matters related to the Spanish and Latin American markets.
