The Family Business Section of AEDAF, Spanish Association of Tax Advisors, organizes the Study Day “The family business: mercantile and fiscal aspects”.
During the Conference, which will be held on November 12 from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Assembly Hall of the Faculty of Law of the University of Seville, various presentations and debates on business issues will take place.
Leonardo Cárdenas Armesto, partner in Tax and Tax Law at AGM Abogados and current President of the Family Business Section at AEDAF, will intervene both in the presentation of the Conference and in the debate “Taxation of the family business: aspects conflicting. ” The debate will begin at 9:45 am and will include Mr. Francisco Adame, professor of Tax Law at the University of Seville, as moderator and with the intervention of Cárdenas; the General Director of the Tax Agency of Andalusia, Mr. Manuel Vázquez; and the professor from the University of Naples, Ms. Roberta Alfano.
