Boyes Turner’s Employment team and Rosemary Ryan of Represent we will be delivering a coaching course aimed at HR professionals who need to coach their team members or provide coaching for stakeholders in the organisation.
Coaching skills for HR
This practical and participative course programme is designed for HR professionals looking to develop their coaching skills and drive performance to the next level by developing their current coaching style. We then look at the key skills of coaching and how to develop high level attention and rapport. We will then discuss how to implement a coaching approach in your organisation.
- To gain a shared understanding of how developing a coaching culture impacts on business performance.
- To understand the difference between mentoring, coaching and training and how you can use these different interventions in your work.
- To develop effective key coaching skills, including the GROW model.
- To recognise when to use coaching as an HR Manager and share experiences of how you can develop a coaching culture within your company.
“Good interaction between the facilitators meant the pace was quick and I liked the fact we had plenty of opportunity to practice”.
“The day was thought provoking, challenging and very useful”.
“It was all superb but if I had to highlight one part, it was the practicing coaching and being coached”.
