The objective of this session is to show how to correctly carry out the international mobility of workers to and from China.

The Social Security Agreement between the Kingdom of Spain and the People’s Republic of China was signed in Bad Neuenahr on May 19, 2017. It entered into force on March 20, 2018 and allows the Social Security contribution to be maintained in the country of origin when you temporarily move to a logo Cambra de comerç de Barcelonatrabajador to the other State in order to temporarily develop a work activity in it.

RECIPIENTS

PYMES with headquarters in China or that are planning their implantation in this country, as well as Chinese companies with subsidiaries in Spain or that are planning their implantation in our country.

They will be able to receive relevant information on how to correctly carry out the international mobility of workers from and to China, especially the visa and residence permit options in both countries.
